Students work in Learning Teams and this class gets them off to a good beginning in working with their team, as well as exposing them to other basics in their undergraduate process. Team work, as opposed to group work, is stressed, sharing leadership and learning skills from each other. Part of my role is to create the healthy environment to acquire skills.
